I am quick to grasp new ideas, concepts, and develop innovative and creative solutions to problems in Microsoft networks. I have been impressed by both my attitude towards my work and performance on the job, my communication skills have allowed me to develope productive working relationships with both students and workmates.
I have a full desire of being well-recognized as a Microsoft Certified Trainer by providing a high standards of this technology's concepts and functionality. Furthermore, earning a CompTIA Network+ certification recently helped me get the right skills to advance my career in the IT industry, I was looking to expand my knowledge base, training toward and gaining CompTIA certifications which helped me to get this advance and get a promotion.

Career Summary
As a network administrator, the best way I have taken to demonstrate my expert skills on Windows Server 2003 & 2008 platforms and to inspire confidence in manager, my team, work mates and myself is by earning the Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) and recently Microsoft Certified IT Professional on Windows Server 2008 R2 - Virtualization Administrator.
Earning a Microsoft Certification validates my proven experience and knowledge in using Microsoft products and solutions. I am knowledgable about the planning, design and implementation of Microsoft Windows Server Networks solutions and architectures in mid-size to large networks.
